Go Raw

I've made a deal with myself- if I cut out added sugars for the month, or until I see a nice change in my figure, I will buy new sneakers. Mine are about 1 1/2 years old, time for a renewal. In the quest to do so I'm trying out a diet of raw foods and foods with recognizable ingredients. Here's my review on some of the foods:

Cherry Pie Larabar

It was good, but I will not be buying it again. I was never the one to like dried cherry bits in my bars and continue to be that one. The Larabars do have a lot of calories, but on busy mornings I do not have the time to make a proper breakfast so the Larabar and a piece of fruit will do.

Teas' Tea
This is basically cold tea and comes in many flavors. It was delicious! I've had mint green, lemongrass, and rose green. I was going to buy more lemongrass today but they were out at the store. I did not like the mint green though. @$1.50 on sale I think I'm going to start making my own pitchers of cold tea to fill me up.
